Return Policy

At Sufra Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the process for returning products and receiving refunds. Please read the following information to understand our policy.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

Timeframe: You can return products within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care products, and items on clearance, are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.

 

2. Return Process

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged item).

 

3. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit/debit card, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

Eligibility: If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, we will exchange it for the same item, subject to availability.

Process: Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Provide your order number and details about the issue.

Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to our error.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable Goods: Items such as fresh produce, dairy products, and other perishable goods cannot be returned.

Personal Care Products: Due to health and safety regulations, personal care products such as soaps, shampoos, and skincare items are non-returnable.

Clearance Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
