Return and Refund Policy outlines the process for returning products and

1. Eligibility for
Returns
Timeframe: You can return products within 7 days of the
delivery date.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original
packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable
goods, personal care products, and items on clearance, are not eligible for
return due to health and safety reasons.
2. Return Process
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact
our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your
order number and details about the product you wish to return.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review
your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return
instructions.
Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA
number on the outside of the package.
Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our
customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless
the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged item).
3. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the
item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7
business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original
payment method. If you paid by credit/debit card, it may take additional time
for the refund to appear on your account statement.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable,

4. Exchanges
Eligibility: If you receive a damaged or defective item, or
if you receive the wrong item, we will exchange it for the same item, subject
to availability.

Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due

5. Non-Returnable

are non-returnable.
